If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Warranty and Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, website, or any repair work performed.

Return and Refund Policy

At MT on Wheels RV Repair and Maintenance, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because our business primarily provides labor and on-site RV repair services, we do not typically offer returns or refunds once services have been completed. However, we want our customers to feel confident in the quality of our work.

1. Labor and Service Work

All labor and repair services are non-refundable once performed.
If you believe there is an issue with the workmanship, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, may offer a follow-up inspection or corrective service at no additional charge if the issue is determined to be related to our work.

2. Parts and Materials

Parts and materials used during repairs are billed directly to the customer.
We do not accept returns on installed or special-order parts.
If a part is defective, it may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We can assist you in contacting the manufacturer or supplier to request a replacement or warranty claim.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits, if required for special-order parts or scheduled appointments, are non-refundable once parts are ordered or the service has begun.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us at michelle@mtonwheels.com within 7 days of receiving your invoice. We will investigate and correct any verified mistakes.

5. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this policy will be made solely at the discretion of MT on Wheels RV Repair and Maintenance and confirmed in writing.
